Gym War!

Currenly I am working in Fitness Network, a simple gym, with crazy managements,

Previously i worked in "TheGym" management sucks because they only care for their selves and not for others, they just judge the book by it's cover. They like, then you are safe, they don't like, even you are good, off you go.

The current one is pretty bad where they have so many meetings pushing us to have sales sales sales, demotivating instead of motivated! Threatening and using words like terminations, pretty unprofessional. Working 6 days per week. 9 Hours, 1 hour break, it suppose to be 8 Hours, 1 hour break isn't? Public holidays have no off, no weekends off days allowed~, need to have sales all the time~, even with 1-2 sales, their face wont look happy, I just wonder how much we earn for them per day, only they would be happy?

I guess 1 month, off i go, disaster work place..

Talking about workout, 1 day, i had mcDonalds, McDelux - Large Fries, Burger, and a soft drink

Calculation : -
McDelux - roughly 600-800 Calories,
Large Fries - 400++ Calories,
Total 1000 ++ Calories.

Just 1 lunch could cost my body to intake so much calories,
When i worked out, Cycling for 15 minutes with a fast pace, only manage to reduce 100 calories.

To eat? 10 minutes to intake 1000++ calories,
To Fit? 150 minutes to reduce 1000++ calories,

That shows,
it's 15 times, easier to gain weight,
and 15 times, harder to lose weight.

Still Young, better manage our food well, once awhile high calorie food is fine,

people who eat fast food most of the time, Good Luck. But! it's never too late,

stop now, rather than later, which is worse.

Hope I could build my path to achieve my dreams soon.
